Milling And 3D Printing

A dental lab, down the hall

Most practices send crowns and veneers to an outside lab, which means a temporary tooth and a second appointment a few weeks later. Our lab is inside the studio.

A precision milling unit shapes restorations from a solid block of tooth-colored ceramic, and our 3D printer produces no-prep veneers, models, guides and appliances on site. Dr. Dimple Patel oversees every step, so she can fine-tune the shape and shade while you are still in the chair.

From Scan To Smile

Four steps that turn a two-visit crown into a single appointment, plus a calm option for anyone who feels nervous.

Digital scanning

A small handheld scanner captures a precise 3D image of your teeth in minutes. No trays of impression material, and nothing to gag on.

On-screen design

Your scan becomes a 3D model that Dr. Dimple Patel uses to design your crown or veneer, and to show you what she is planning.

Same-Day Crowns

The finished design is milled from ceramic in our lab, checked for fit and bonded in place during the same appointment.

Same-Day Veneers

No-prep veneers are designed around your face and smile, then 3D printed in our lab and delivered in about 24 hours.

Nitrous oxide

A light, inhaled sedation that helps anxious patients relax. You stay awake, and it wears off within minutes after your visit.
